This tool has been designed to install the actuator link rod on the arm of the turbo on the 2008 to 2010 6.4L Ford Power Stroke Diesel engine. When servicing either the turbo or actuator they must be separated. This connection is very difficult to install, and the components can be easily damaged if extreme caution is not taken.
